Hi! My name is Larie Gray. I am the owner and head planner of MILA Event Solutions. I am a Senior Certified Wedding Planner through The Bridal Society, the nation's leading wedding certification company, and I am located in the DMV area.
My job is to assist my clients with the development and planning of their event and then execute their vision so they can sit back relax and enjoy their day.
One of my greatest passions is to serve! So becoming a wedding and event planning professional is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I spent over 20 years working in administrative positions, with extensive experience in event planning, organizing, managing, and supervising within both corporate and non-profit organizations. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to plan and assist with many events. I have continued to develop as a planner by educating myself by attending various conferences, taking different courses, and by becoming a Senior Certified Wedding Planner. In addition, I have taken the Project Management Professional course and will be sitting for the exam soon.
Although we have been planning events since 1997, MILA Event Solutions was officially established in 2014. From there many other event planning opportunities arose, such as weddings, book launches, scientific conferences, corporate events, church conferences, themed parties, green room set-ups, and more.
The company is located in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area, and will also travel throughout the country and abroad.

Chantelle Stewart is a freelance artist in the D.C. area and supports the team in the functions of creative development and event implementation. She assists in facilitating weddings, book signings, brand launchings, artist greenrooms, and many more events in the D.C. Metro and surrounding areas. Starting with the company at its inception, she has enjoyed watching the team grow and evolve and turn every challenge into an opportunity to leave an unforgettable impression with each and every client. Chantelle enjoys helping to create “wow factor” moments that live on long after the rice is thrown.
